The Roehampton Club

Commissioned by the club to alter the flow of its existing server. Offering its members a series of hot and cold starters and mains coupled with pastries coffees and hand made sandwiches, they encountered a problem with flow of staff and segregation of coffee orders and main meals. Rees associates tweaked their kitchen to cope more easily with demand and redesigned the existing food server to lighten the load on staff, improve the food service operation and retain existing working equipment to value engineer the project
